Virtual
Individual mentor coaching session

During this session, the mentor and coach will clarify and agree on the overall objectives of the mentor coaching. Additionally, they will analyze one of the recorded coaching sessions.

Throughout the mentor coaching period, the mentor listens and analyses two recordings of each participant's coaching sessions. During the individual mentor coaching sessions, the mentor and coach will analyze these recordings in depth. The coachee is expected to come to these sessions well-prepared—this includes providing a time-stamped transcript of the recording, listening to the recording beforehand, reflecting on their experiences during and after the session, and analyzing their performance in relation to the ICF competencies.

During the session, the mentor and coach will also practice the necessary mindset and skills together. This hands-on approach ensures that the coachee leaves with a clear, experiential understanding of what they need to adjust and improve professionally. As a result, the coachee finishes each session with a solid grasp of their professional strengths and a specific, actionable path for growth.

• Rounds of 20-30 min coaching sessions, where the coach after a brief personal mentoring is invited to practice the competencies, in which they feel less confident and proficient. Then everybody is invited to provide evidence-based feedback. The mentor coach assigns the competency observation and feedback giving tasks in such a manner that the coaches learn from every minute of the group mentoring based on their personal developmental needs.
