I am an executive leadership coach and consultant to company executives and business professionals, helping my clients to implement change, manage transition and achieve their personal and professional goals.
I use my knowledge and experience from fast-moving global tech companies to support change processes via a solution-oriented and facilitative approach. Curiosity, positive mindset and life-long learning are at the core of my coaching style.

My professional experience consist of 15+ years at HR executive roles in international and fast-paced environments, both in start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies. I am familiar with leading transformation cross-border and delivering business efficiencies through fast growth, reorganisations, and M&A, both at strategic and hands-on levels.

From educational background I hold two Master’s Degrees - in Economics from Turku School of Economics and in Psychology from University of Turku. To bring additional value to my clients, I have obtained the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School in 2024.
