With over 25 years of experience at the crossroads of journalism, communications and leadership, I bring a broad and practical perspective to my work as a coach.
Having grown and led a culturally diverse team in a high-pressure industry, I am interested in how individuals and teams can perform at their best while safeguarding well-being.
I work with teams under pressure to perform, family-owned businesses and international teams; contexts where clarity, alignment and trust are essential for performance and long-term success.
Based in Helsinki, I coach individuals and teams in Swedish, English and Finnish.
