I am a Co-Active Coach (starting the ICF accredited Certified Professional Co-Active Coach certification program in August 2022), who coaches in English, Swedish and Finnish. I am mainly a life coach, but with a master’s degree in Business Administration and a background as an entrepreneur in a medium sized entreprise, I happily welcome any and all clients looking for change, growth and balance.


My personal areas of interest are:
• Efficient and mindful communication.
• Entrepreneurial life (women in business, coping with stress/ avoiding burn out, bringing focus and creativity to leadership in a SME).
• Midlife change (empty nest syndrome, menopause, caring for elderly parents etc.).
• Parenthood, family life and work life balance (starting a family, living with teenagers etc.).
• Incorporating exercise and movement into life in a fun and consistent way.
