It always inspires me to see my clients explore their topics from many perspectives and take the next steps towards the goal motivated. My support is gentle but firm.
My over 25 years work experience comes from HR, communication and export business in the global companies in the technology and finance sector. I started coaching in 2015.
The coaching areas in which I most often work are leadership, organisation culture, career development, work-life balance and wellbeing. When feasible, Firstbeat Life, BrainID and Wellbeing Navigator services can be included in my coaching to help client see the starting situation at the moment. I work with individual clients as well as with groups.
Having genuine growth mindset I develop myself continuously in order to serve my clients better.
