25 years of experience in professional services business development and in various leadership roles as well as a wide variety of industries and companies with whom I've worked within leadership, L&D and organisation development.

I'm highly enthusiastic when it comes to developing individuals and teams to thrive and enabling leaders to learn human-centric approach and thus ensure growth potential for future success. My approach combines strong behavioural sciences background to strong business acumen.

Coaching is one of the key tools that I use both with individuals and with teams. I hold ICF PCC and ACTC certificates and most of my clients work as business leaders or in the C-level in various industries both in private and public organizations.
