Tuula is one of the most experienced internationally certified professional coaches in Finland. As a business coach for top management and management groups she finds the focus with clients quickly and required results will be fulfilled by Client trough her supporting and challenging approach.
She is familiar to maximise successful integration in organization and can apply her experience into every situation in a creative way.
Her experience having held CEO, COO and Sales positions gives her a deep understanding about commercial and leadership challenges along her excellent communication and influencing skills. She is a member of the Board at Project Management Association Finland.
She also works as a mentor coach for coaches who applies or renews ICF certification. Holding a Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision from Oxford Business School in Oxford University she enjoys to support coaches as a Coaching Supervisor too.
