As a CGI consultant and coach, I apply coaching into the domain of enterprises going through digitalization and agile transformations while their businesses rely more and more on digital services and software platforms development. I introduce individual coaching as a means to advance the change, as well as utilize coaching approach to their cultural change pursuits.
