I am an experienced change maker, people and organization developer. Currently working as a coach/change maker and in City of Helsinki (Culture and Leisure) - digitalization program as competence development project manager.

I am certified in Coaching (ACC/ICF and Team Coach/EMCC*). I am also a certified OD consult*. Both *-marked certifications are estimated to be finalized by 10/2020.
