I am passionate about partnering with my clients on their leadership journey and helping them to explore and shape the kind of leader they want to be. In addition to leadership and coaching, topics that are close to my heart involve building self-knowledge, performance capacity, and wellbeing. I have worked with individual executives and leaders, teams, and other key personnel in companies across borders for 20 years. Furthermore, I work as a mental trainer for top athletes and coaches, assisting them to achieve peak performance states on a continuing basis. Being the co-author of the book “Esimies ja coaching - Oivaltava coaching johtamisen työkaluna” (1st ed. published in 2008), it has been my privilege to explore my own thinking regarding coaching from a leadership perspective also in writing.
