MSc, Organizational Development & HR, Manhattanville College, New York, 2001, Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, Helsinki Swedish Health Care Institute and Työterveyslaitos 1976-1985.
I most recently worked as Development Manager and Internal Coach at Folkhälsan in 2001-2019.
Now I have my own company Riverside Consulting Oy. I offer coaching and support in organizational development for individuals, teams and groups in a leading position, primarily in the health care sector.
Based on the customer's needs, I also offer lectures, workshops and mentor coaching.
