I am an Experienced Certified Coach with a demonstrated history of working with teams and groups in different company's and organisations. I also volunteer as a mentor in Diamanten - Diamanten is a Swedish-language network for brilliant leading women.
I have over 25 years of experience working with communication in various ways. First as a journalist at Rundradion and in the daily press, but also as Head of Communications for the joint municipal authority Svenska Österbottens Förbund, where I was responsible for both internal and external communication as well as the development of the brand Yrkesakademin i Österbotten.
Since autumn 2012, I have been an entrepreneur with Wasa Wellness – a company that has transformed a former public sauna into an oasis of wellbeing in the heart of Vaasa. Today, the house hosts around 20 entrepreneurs who, under my leadership, collaborate on everything related to alternative treatments and preventive healthcare. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), hold a certificate in Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC- ICF standard) SDI facilitator, certified stress and health promotion therapist, qigong instructor, yoga teacher, and hold a Master of Social Sciences with a focus on mass communication (Åbo Akademi University).
I am skilled in Coaching, Entrepreneurship, Marketing Strategy, Organizational Development, and Change Management. To my experience most challenges between individuals and/or teams and organisations come from that the communication is not working properly. I have a long history of working with communication both as a professional leader but also as a team coach and think that I have a lot to give here.
Olen sertifioitu coach (PCC), ACTC teamcoach sekä joukkoviestintään erikoistunut valtiotieteiden maisteri Olen tehnyt valmennustöitä noin 13 vuotta. Minulla on yli 20 vuoden kokemus erilaisista viestintätehtävistä esim Yleisradiossa ja päivälehdissä sekä tiedotuspäällikkönä Svenska Österbottens förbund för utbildning och kultur -kuntayhtymässä, jossa vastasin sekä sisäisestä että ulkoisesta viestinnästä sekä Yrkesakademin brändin luomisesta Pohjanmaalla.
Syksystä 2012 lähtien olen toiminut yrittäjänä Wasa Wellnessissä – yritys, jonka olen itse luonut, ja muuttanut kiinteistön, jossa aikaisemmin toimi yleinen sauna, hyvinvoinnin keitaaksi keskellä Vaasaa. Talossa toimii tällä hetkellä noin 20 yrittäjää, jotka minun johdolla tekevät yhteistyötä vaihtoehtohoitojen ja ennaltaehkäisevän terveydenhuollon alalla. Luennoin ja järjestän workshopeja, jossa mm. käsitellään sitä, miten voit muuttaa omaa elämääsi ajatuksen voimalla. Kysymys voi olla terveydestä, mentaalivalmennuksesta, tavoitteiden saavuttamisesta tai voimien keräämisestä nykyhetkessä.
