I´m highly self-driven project manager and enthusiast of driving impactfull change. I have more than 20 years of experience of leading and facilitating change projects - from organizational transformations to building up a manufacturing facility - in an international business environment. This experience provides me solid base to understand business, strategy and organizational viewpoints and drive change projects. I have strong interpersonal skills and notice well other people needs. In addition I am quick in adopting the change, and have a strong track record in accomplishing projects through teams and individuals. I´m internationally certified business and leadership coach with more than 700 hours of coaching experience.
