Hello! I'm a coach with a professional background in disruptive technology (Google, Onfido - legal and leadership roles). International in experience and outlook, I coach 1:1 with or without a corporate backer.
I coach people from various industries, with seniority levels ranging from CEO to team managers.
Having got to know each other in an initial call, I facilitate the building of structure to give direction and strength to our coaching conversations. The desire for structure is highly individual: as we begin to work together we will explore, what do "structure", "goals" and "values" mean to you?
As your coach, I walk by your side, creating the space where your insights can grow. With kindness and warmth, I listen to you fully, hold the mirror up, challenge, and celebrate. I draw on a wide variety of psychological approaches, as well as art, music and poetry.
My empathy has roots in 19+ years of working in international corporate-land. This included:
- Google, as head of legal for the UK & Ireland;
- Onfido, as General Counsel (head of legal and compliance);
- Fondia, Finland, as a Senior Advisor;
- Hogan Lovells, London/Paris/Alicante, as a lawyer.
I have focused on coaching since 2019. I also facilitate using Lego® Serious Play®, and moderate events and panels. I have a particular interest in diversity, inclusion and belonging.
I currently live in the Helsinki region in Finland (EET time zone), but usually work via Zoom with people living around the world - most recently the UK, US, Malaysia - as well as Finland. I lived in London, UK, until 2018. I usually coach in my native English, though Finnish is also on the menu!
