I specialise in executive coaching, executive team development and facilitating complex change, as well as coaching supervision, working often with following themes:
• deepening self-awareness (about e.g. leadership styles, motives and beliefs) and clarifying values and purpose;
• pausing and reflecting in the middle of rapid change and uncertainty and finding ways forward
• finding sustainable ways to take care of both own wellbeing and business challenges
• clarifying the common purpose and mission in team
• improving relationships within their team, building trust and in-depth dialogue as well as effective communications and practices to support their strategic goals, enabling learning from the journey
I have worked as a professional coach since 2008. Prior to my coaching career I worked as a development consultant with some of the biggest companies in Finland in various industries. I started my career in travel business, where I worked e.g. as an office and product manager with business responsibility at fairly young age.
Since 2015 I have been a partner in Juuriharja Consulting Group and am currently acting as CEO, as well. At the moment, I am taking an active part in developing the Finnish coaching and supervision field from the role of the chair in EMCC Finland.
