I’m an ICF certified master executive and team coach, senior trainer and training designer, Gestalt therapist and supervisor with vast international experience and global corporate clientele. I’m comfortable working with C-level executive individual clients and management teams. As high-impact master certified coach I’ve supported over 3,000 clients: individuals, groups and teams, enabling lasting and sustainable transformation at personal and organisational level, building a safe learning environment and supporting them through their journey. I lead and contributed to leadership L&D projects for change management, transformation, values and culture shift, leadership style
As an executive coach, I have worked with board members and directors of companies in banking, financial, IT, telecom, media, FMCG, pharma and retail sectors; I provide coaching to leaders responsible for business development, HR, finance, operations, legal, sales, marketing, controlling, strategy. I have worked for BCG, Microsoft, FORD, Philip Morris, Procter&Gamble, Diageo, Asahi/Dreher, Ferrero, UGI, FreeNow, Scania, Ericsson, Hungarian Telekom, Invitech, RTL, Sodexo, Edenred, Roche, Janssen-Cilag, Egis, NN Insurance, OTP Bank.
I have 30 years of work experience at international companies, SMEs and start-ups - also 12 years of leadership experience in social and professional NGOs. My contribution and volunteer leadership service to the global coaching profession was acknowledged by the International Coaching Federation President’s Award for being “a role model for the values of ICF that we all hold sacred; integrity, excellence, respect and collaboration.”
People around me know me as a doer, creative problem solver, structured, critical thinker, also strategic, future-focused and open minded, supportive and compassionate, curious and fun.
