Stephanie is the first Chinese person to receive Master Certified Coach (MCC) & Team Coaching accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Master Practitioner (MP) from European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). She is also a qualified Coaching Supervisor, Mentor Coach, ICF & EMCC Assessor and Coach Educator.
She has coached and facilitated over 5,000 hours across 37 nationalities and over 10 industries including Chemical, Finance, FMCG, Health Care, Luxury Retail, Oil & Energy, Professional Services, Telecom, Technology and Universities. A broad range of international clients from millennials, zillennials, young talents, individual contributors, celebrities from Hollywood, radiologists, architects, private bankers, hedge fund bankers, lawyers, middle management to senior executives and the C-suites.
Stephanie’s multicultural foundation allows her to understand and hold diverse perspectives. Her in-depth knowledge of the Full Spectrum and Coaching Competencies models allow her to blend the systemic, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches with a clear focus, walking her clients to attain deeper reflection and more impactful transformation for themselves and their stakeholders.
She is passionate in helping her clients seek hope, joy and possibility, whilst embracing and learning from their vulnerabilities and shadows. She enables her clients to realize their vision, access inner-knowing and wisdom to humanize, energize and transform. Her sessions is always delivered with the quality of discovery based on a deep engagement with her clients.
Prior to becoming a certified coach, she was a Human Resources professional of various Fortune 500 companies across an array of industries, namely Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Takeda Pharmaceutical, Richemont (a dedicated HR for Cartier), Li & Fung Trading, and Sumitomo Group, where she played an active HR Business Partner role on regional & global activities. She also worked for The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and is working for The University of Hong Kong as a Career Consultant.
