Curious from birth and enthusiastic by choice, I have a natural passion for producing new thinking and taking action that will unlock potential to make change happen.
I have worked as a coach since 2004 with individuals and groups in a variety of organisations and since 2020 as an Accredited Coach Supervisor. My experience includes coaching senior managers and executives from C-Suite in both face-to-face sessions and remote coaching.
I love enhancing the ability of leaders to take risks, make effective changes, while experimenting with new behaviours, new approaches and new skills being fully aware of unconscious bias. I partner with top talent in global brands and Fortune 500 companies. My private customers are women and men who are the most prominent leaders and game changers in their sector.
With vulnerability and courage, I partner with my clients in developing new and powerful visionary thinking where people can explore their limits to move forward. I support leaders to become more aware and responsible for creating an ecosystem that is conducive to creativity - impacting climate, people, processes, services, products - leading to the creation of high-performance organisations.
I love activating those behaviours in people which ignite that generative spark, leading my clients to look at their experiences from a new perspective and reach extraordinary team results.
