My heart beats to helping executives to reach a new level in their thinking, doing and being. My expertise lies in coaching senior executives &senior teams and developing leadership cultures to drive achieve desired business objectives.
I bring with me experience both from the corporate and entrepreneurial world. My career has been international throughout and I have worked and lived in Finland, Spain, Germany and China. I previously worked as a human resources senior executive and management team member at Amer Sports Corporation and YIT Corporation and as a Business Director for Center for Creative Leadership Nordics. I have also also worked with Nokia Corporation and SAP in strategic HR and communication roles. After my corporate career, I set up my own business focusing on Executive Coaching, Senior Team Coaching and Organizational Leadership consultancy. Currently I work part time as a Head of Career Business for Mercer focusing on Strategic Talent Solutions and dedicate the other half of of my time to my own business (Executive Coaching). I have coached executives in 150+ organizations and all around the world in multiple industries characterized by complexity and change.
I have a Master’s degree in economics (M.Sc. econ.) in international economics and I have completed my Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching in London, UK. I am a Master Certified Coach by ICF (International Coach Federation) and a Master Accredited Coach by EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). I am also a certified career and job transition coach.
I am fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English and converse in French.
