I have more than a quarter of a century of in-depth experience in coaching, consulting, strategy, change and leadership development projects, also internationally, as well as in demanding leadership roles in the midst of change. I'm a versatile and warm-hearted but at the same time sturdy and inspiring ICF PCC Coach. My passions are related to the determined development of organizational leadership and work communities. I always see in people their potential and strengths and my emotionally intelligent, humorous and mature world view builds trust in interaction.
My super power is to find your passion and tap into your restricting believes in order to bring into use your full potential in the coaching process. You have to not only learn new skills and attitudes but also learn about planning, punctuality, content, quality and reliability. You must be an example of accepting company values, and same time demonstrate good results and collaborate with others. That is a hard shift to do. I’ve coached numerous managers successfully adopting a new role and new horizons. The point is to make behavior and value based change in yourself. I’ve done that change in myself successfully.
