Introduction
My passion focuses on assisting people to thrive and to continuously develop their potential, while at the same time connecting to their authentic selves. I have partnered with leaders, and key personnel in companies across borders for 20+ years. My educational background lies in international business (M.Sc. (Econ.)) and psychology. I am an ICF certified coach, holding its highest certification (MCC, Master Certified Coach). In my coaching approach, I seek to combine different sources of knowledge, such as findings in neuroscience, positive and organizational psychology, as well as performance psychology.
I have worked as a Brand and Marketing Manager, internal leadership consultant, as well as a HR Manager and entrepreneur, among others. As a former national team player, I am also devoting my time to work on different committees in the Finnish Football Association.
My language skills include Finnish, Swedish, English, and German. I am born in Sweden, and have also lived in Germany, the USA, and currently reside in Finland.
