Hi, I am Jan Georg Kristiansen. While ‘Jan’ is by profession the economist, teacher, CEO and researcher,
‘Georg’ is the curious client focused person that in 2005 became Norways 1st MCC ICF-coach.
Already 15 years ago I published 2 corporate coaching books together with a corporate client who won ‘1st Prize Best Competence building company in Norway.
What’s the secret? I am a 3 brains coaching expert, practicing Erickson style ICF coaching. In 2024 ICF Impact Award Winner was Erickson Coaching International. For 20 years I have been Faculty lead of Erickson Coaching Nordic.
As I am passing my 60’ies I want to focus on the joy of coaching the next decade.
