I work as a coach with individuals and leaders across the globe who are navigating change — moments where something is shifting and familiar ways of thinking or working no longer quite fit.

In my coaching, I create psychologically safe, open spaces where clients can slow down, think out loud and have honest conversations about what really matters for them. I’m often told that I’m easy to talk to and that my calm, positive presence makes it possible to explore even complex, uncertain or unfinished topics.

My background includes over 20 years of experience in international business and people leadership roles, which gives me a strong sense of real-life context, cultural nuance and the different environments clients operate in. This supports a grounded and practical coaching approach that stays close to the client’s situation, goals and responsibility.

I’m particularly interested in growth that unfolds over time — supporting clients to gain clarity, learn from their experiences and move forward in ways that feel meaningful, sustainable and true for them.
