Annu Matula

Hey there! I’ve worked in various leadership roles mostly in service industry, including managing director, board member, sales and marketing director and programme director. I took my first steps into coaching in the 1990s while living and working in Germany, and since then, I’ve systematically studied coaching skills. In 2019 I graduated from Henley Business School with an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change.

My specialties include executive coaching, leadership coaching, executive team development, and career coaching.

Central to my coaching philosophy is the establishment of an environment of trust and safety, where leaders can take a moment to reflect, harness their optimal thinking, welcome fresh ideas, and ultimately make well-informed decisions that benefit their organization and the larger ecosystem. My coaching is grounded in research and is integrative in nature, incorporating techniques such as systemic coaching, cognitive-behavioral psychology, Gestalt, solution-focused approaches, and strengths-based coaching. The chosen approach always aligns with the client’s needs.
