Introduction
I’m a leadership and team coach with extensive experience in complex (international) organisations from banking to healthcare. I put people first, bring along heaps of calm curiosity, and challenge leaders and teams towards deep, purposeful learning.
I believe in the importance of context in everything, so I coach with a systemic lense, using interaction principles from Transactional Analysis and models from evidence-based coaching.
I see coaching is a partnership: we work together to co-create solutions that have direct real-world significance for my clients.
I currently coach online internationally, but offer Finnish leaders and teams a convenient hybrid model of F2F combined with online.
