Introduction
I have over 25 years of experience as a coach, trainer, and facilitator. Since 2015, I have been coaching leadership skills to frontline managers, entrepreneurs, and coaches. I also work as a mentor coach.
My coaching framework is built on NLP, action methods, positive psychology, and my pedagogical background.
I engage in modern hybrid work. In my day job, I work as a career coach and development manager. As an entrepreneur, self-leadership, people management, and facilitating success are close to my heart.
