I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach. For me professionalism, ethics and confidentiality are of utmost importance in my work. I also work as a mentorcoach, which means that I have to keep up with ICF's credentials and standards.
I work with coachees from different backgrounds and life situations, from different companies and schools. With leadership-, team- and individual coaching.

For me it is important to see the coachee as a whole person.
Through coaching my coachees say their self-esteem and self-confidence grows, also their initiative and productivity which helps professionally and privately.
