Introduction
Olen akrediteeritud coach ja omandasin kõrgeima rahvusvaheliselt tunnustatud meeskonna coachi kvalifikatsiooni Global Team Coaching Institute`s. Mul on kogemus mitmete väga mitmetahuliste meeskondade juhtimisega nii Eestis kui välismaal ja sellest ajendatuna jõudsin ligi kuus aastat tagasi tõdemuseni, et just coachina saan kõige enam väärtust luua. Nii saigi ellu kutsutud Realcoach.
Nende kuue aasta vältel olen coachinud ridamisi tippjuhte ning väiksemaid ja suuremaid meeskondi. See kogemus on andnud mulle laiapõhjalise teadmistepagasi, mida kasutan spetsiaalsete meetodite, tööriistade, protsesside, koolituste ja töötubade loomiseks ning arendamiseks. Igaüht neist mõistagi vastavalt coachitava juhi või meeskonna vajadustega kohandades.
Jah, inimesed on ääretult erinevad, kuid meeskondade dünaamika ja neis esinevad väljakutsed on võrdlemisi sarnased. Tõepoolest, päris identseid probleeme ja lahendusi ei esine, kuid hästi läbi viidud coachingu toel on võimalik ka kõige keerulisemas olukorras meeskonnad selgete rollide, ühiste eesmärkide, tõhusa toetava koostöö ning paremate tulemuste suunas juhtida. See ongi minu eesmärk coachina.

I’m an accredited coach with the highest internationally recognized team coaching qualification from the Global Team Coaching Institute. My experience leading diverse teams, both in Estonia and internationally, led me to realize nearly six years ago that I could create the most value as a coach. This realization lead to the foundation of Realcoach OÜ.
Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching numerous top executives and teams of various sizes. This experience has provided me with a wealth of knowledge, which I now apply through specialized methods, tools, processes, training, and workshops, all of which are carefully tailored to the specific needs of the leaders or teams I coach.
While every individual is unique, team dynamics and the challenges they face are often surprisingly similar. It’s true that no two problems or solutions are identical, but with the right coaching, even the most complex team situations can be transformed—aligning clear roles, shared goals, supportive collaboration, and improved results. That’s my mission as a coach.
