Introduction
Hello I'm Linda McLoughlin MCC! Please let me share a bit about myself.
I'm an award-winning coach and founder of LeadershipWorks specializing in c-suite and executive coaching; leadership development and strategy. I was awarded 'Coach of the Year' and 'Mentor Coach of the Year’ and am an accredited Master Certified Coach and a licensed facilitator of a range of leader psychometrics.
I am based between Dublin and Dubai and have worked across Europe; the Middle East; Africa; USA and South America.
I am co-author of two books on leadership and change and an engaging conference speaker on coaching and organization development and change.
I am very active within my coaching professional community and am immediate past Vice Chair of the International Coaching Federation's Global Board of Directors which I served on for 4 years. I am also a Reiki Master and avid traveler.
