My passion is to support experienced executives to build their character, find the factor that makes them an exceptional leader, create sustainable change and live the leadership that results in business success. I offer both individual coaching for executives and team coaching for leadership teams.
I utilize my wide ranged leadership and coaching experience and competence (17+ years) in my work as an executive coach:
- ICF Master Certified Coach MCC
- Graduated from College of Executive coaching ACPEC (The Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach)
- Approved member of the board (AMB®)
- Licensed NLP master (Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP™)
- Nowena® trainer (year long leadership group coaching program for senior executives)
