Coaching came into my life because of personal need and will. I wanted to improve my leadership skills. Since 2007, I have turned my face towards that journey. I have studied, practiced, trained and motivated others to improve self awareness and coaching lifestyle. My work life, which has always been related to leading people and teams, have gave me opportunity to work in different countries, in multinational environment and coaching has been proven to be skill without those borders, skill to reach your goals everywhere.
