Introduction
Curious and enthusiastic by choice since birth, I've always cultivated a natural passion for putting the whole person back at the center, going beyond any reductive label.
As an Accredited Coach Supervisor, Master Certified Coach & Creative Leadership Expert, I accompany people in their individual and professional transformation, helping them to rediscover the creative spark within themselves that activates new ways of thinking and acting in order to achieve the desired change and live their full potential.
I support people and organizations willing to develop a new and powerful visionary thinking in which they can explore their limits and create an ecosystem conducive to creativity: influencing the climate, people, processes, services and products.
Through my experience as Head of HR, I have led merger & acquisition, culture change and people development projects thus experiencing, first-hand, the power of creative thinking. Since 2004 I have been an Executive Coach. Since 2009, - after earning my Master of Science in Creative Leadership, Change and Innovation (SUNY, Buffalo, NY) - I have been facilitating creative change processes in multinational and local organizations and supervising people who want to develop their creative leadership to be change agents in their target industries. Thanks to these opportunities I have been able to work in the Middle and Far East, Europe, South America and the United States and to contribute to Creative Leadership topics in some business schools. Energy, dedication to work and acquiring new skills inspire me to explore new fields, always.
When people ask me what I do, I answer that "I am a human being in service of people's creative potential". I love to ignite the creative spark in people to unlock their potential to generate new possibilities and to allow their life purpose to fully shine, so that new perspectives lead to extraordinary and concrete results.
My style is essential and direct; vulnerability my strength and courage the drive to learn from my mistakes as well as successes.
